Use IFTTT to setup a process that every time you receive an email in Gmail from help at, append Date, Time, Email Contents to a document in your Dropbox IFTTT Recipe (nothing to do with this solution, just to organise email better) Set up a quick filter to auto-label these emails (usually from help at ) (& mark read & auto-archive if you want).
